(1) The heater is turned on without heating:

The heater does not heat, indicating that the heater's circuit is blocked .

a.You should first check from the power . Is there any power at the electrical outlet?

If there is no electricity, please restore the power supply to solve the problem

b.Then check whether the power plug of the heater is in poor contact?

Poor contact can be polished with fine sandpaper to make it contact well.

c.Check whether the power cord of the heater is broken or short-circuited?

Use surface touch inspection or multimeter to measure continuity, such as disconnection or short-circuit, just contact the supplier for replacement.

d.Confirm whether the fuse of the heater is blown?

If the fuse is found to be blown, replace it.

e. Check the overheat protection, whether the overload protection temperature switch is faulty, and confirm whether it can be restored manually?

If the overload protection or overheat protection temperature switch is damaged, please contact the merchant and replace it; if it can be restored, the protection switch can be restored.

f. Check whether the connectors at both ends of the heating body are loose or open.

You can re-press the connection or replace the damaged parts.

g. Check the anti-dumping safety switch, is it open?

As long as the heater is placed horizontally, the safety switch can be restored to its normal closed state.
